These terms apply to this website, cleaning requests and the optional SMS/MMS program of Art’s Cleaning, provided or arranged by Art’s Cleaning Services, LLC (the “Company”), serving Los Angeles, California.
1. Requests and cleaning services
Submitting a form requests information or a quote. It does not confirm a booking, price or service date. Availability, scope, access arrangements, charges and any cancellation or rescheduling terms will be discussed and agreed before a service is confirmed. Please provide accurate contact details and tell us about special requirements.
2. Website and provider
Art’s Cleaning Services, LLC, under the Art’s Cleaning brand, provides or arranges the cleaning services and customer communications described here. Cleanoria provides technology for this website and customer management. Please use this website lawfully and do not submit confidential documents, payment card details or another person’s information without permission.
3. Optional text messaging
You may separately consent to non-marketing SMS/MMS from Art’s Cleaning about cleaning quotes, scheduling, appointment reminders, service updates and customer support. A separate marketing consent covers special offers, discounts and service updates. You may choose either category, both or neither. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services. Entering a phone number or submitting a request alone does not grant SMS/MMS consent.
Message frequency may vary based on your requests, services and selected categories. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.
4. STOP, HELP and rejoining
Reply STOP to a text from us to cancel the entire Art’s Cleaning SMS/MMS program, including service and promotional messages. We may send one confirmation of your opt-out; further messages will stop unless you give fresh consent. To rejoin, sign up again through our request form and select the categories you want.

5. Message delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text delivery may depend on your carrier and coverage. Do not rely on a text message alone for a time-sensitive change; contact our team directly to confirm.
6. Privacy
Read our Privacy Policy for information about data handling, service providers and SMS/MMS consent. You may review the policy without submitting a form.
